You start at zero risk. Once the system is built and the business is growing, your investment has three simple parts — and you’ll know all of them before you ever sign. You keep what fits and drop what doesn’t — the partnership only works when it makes sense for both sides.
A one-time payment, settled early in the engagement once your system is being built. Not before you’ve seen exactly what you’re getting and signed off on it.
A flat monthly fee covering the clerical work, the negotiations, and ongoing support. So you stay focused on execution while we run the back office.
A small percentage of gross revenue, billed quarterly — and capped every year. You never owe an unlimited amount. Past the cap, your growth is one hundred percent yours.
The three pieces above are the structure. How you pay into them is your choice — built around what your business can absorb today and what it will be able to absorb six months from now. The point is preserving your cash flow while we build the system that will multiply it.
Settle the initial payment in full at engagement. Lighter retainer ramp afterwards — cleanest cash trail going forward.
Initial payment broken into installments aligned to delivery milestones. Predictable, manageable — preserves working capital while the system goes live.
Defer most of the upfront cost. You pay heavier on the back end, only after the system is producing measurable revenue — maximum cash flow protection while you build.
Combine any of the above to match your cash cycle. Half up front, half in installments, with a revenue-percentage tail — whatever fits.
Small business owners have been overcharged for software for decades.
The vendors built for enterprise, then sold a watered-down version to small operators at full price. Then sold integrations on top. Then upcharged for support. Then bundled features behind a “starter tier” that no real business could actually run on.
